Really Cool Color Tool
Sheffield Admin
Monday, July 13, 2009 at 12:09PM We just found this very cool interactive color site. You can see how color changes a Van Gogh painting, see how colors interact with each other, and generally learn about how color theory works. http://poynterextra.org/cp/index.html

Hello all -
First of all, I checked out this color site on color theory, and although I'm in advertising and have always had an intuitive "nose" for color combinations, it's was nice to have a tool that explains how colors actually work together. Great suggestion..
Anyway, I noticed that you have lots a wedding-related sites on your blogroll, and I was wondering if you might be so kind to add one more. It's a site called www.MyWeddingWorkbook.com, and it's essentially online wedding planning software that helps brides organize all their wedding details. We built it specifically for DIY brides who are budget-minded (our tools are free to use), detail-oriented (it's much more comprehensive and better integrated than other online planners) and environmentally conscious (it's electronic, so there's no need to use paper).
We now have more than 5,000 DIY brides-to-be using it, and if you want you can either create your own account or view a demo account at http://www.myweddingworkbook.com/test_drive_launch.cfm. We'd love to get your opinion on it, and if you like it and think your readers would like it, we'd be so grateful for a mention on your blogroll.
Also, I just jumped into the wedding blogging world myself to give a groom's perspective on planning a wedding (my fiancee and I are getting married in November in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico). It's at http://groomasaurus.com/ (I put you on my blogroll there).
Thanks so much for your time, and don’t hesitate to drop me a note if you have questions.
Take care,
Jeff
